Our Love Story
Celine and Shay met in Johannesburg in 2021, it felt as though something quite extraordinary found them.
At the time, Celine was completing her community service in Potchefstroom while Shay stayed in Johannesburg. Yet distance never seemed to stand in the way. Weekends were spent together, and even the longest days would sometimes end with him making the journey just to see her, small moments that carried a kind of magic of their own.
Introduced through mutual friends, their worlds intertwined with ease. What began as two separate lives slowly, and then all at once, became one through shared spaces, shared laughter, and a growing sense of home in each other.
Their love found its rhythm in both the lively and the quiet. In evenings filled with celebration, in slow mornings with their dogs, and in the little rituals they came to cherish. Shay brought with him a spirit of adventure, while Celine added moments of stillness and intention, together creating a life that felt beautifully balanced.
From the very beginning, their story has been guided by feeling rather than certainty, and by trust rather than hesitation.
A quiet kind of knowing that this was always meant to be.
